Seafood aficionados were delighted at the opening of Americana’s first Fish Market restaurant in Alexandria, Egypt, back in 1990.
Offering a world of seafood choices cooked to perfection, the Fish Market chain introduced customers to the concept of taking their pick from a selection freshly-caught seafood, then having it steamed, grilled or fried according to their preference, before being served with a unique array of fresh and oriental salads.
In addition to fine seafood cuisine, Fish Market outlets deliver a delightful dining experience through their prime locations, which offer spectacular panoramic views of the sea or, as in the case of its Egypt locations, the River Nile. At present, there are nine Fish Market restaurants in the region, with seven across Egypt and two in Kuwait.
