The Lebanese gastronomy is a rich mixture of various products and ingredients coming from the different Lebanese regions. The recipes created from these ingredients were influenced from the Ottoman Turks since 1516 and the Arabs alike as different tribes have passed through the region of Lebanon.
Since 1881, Mahmoud Al Hallab specialized in Lebanese Sweets in Tripoli, Lebanon. Original recipes were passed on from one generation to another.
In 1987, Ghassan Al Hallab introduced traditional Lebanese cuisine to the portfolio. Since then Al Hallab Restaurants have been committed to carry on the heritage of fresh authentic Lebanese cuisine to its guests.
