Kale, pomegranate seeds, avocado, roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds salad.
Dressing is 1/2 cup lemon juice, 3 TBS olive oil, salt, black pepper, 1 TBS oregano and 1 TBS mustard.
Massage chopped kale with dressing so that you soften them, add all other ingredients and enjoy!
