Bohsali is one of the first family businesses in the sweets industry, in Lebanon, since 1860. Throughout the years, Bohsali has witnessed four generations, which have left their prints in the pastry field and confirmed their expertise in manufacturing all kinds of sweets.
Saadeddine Bohsali carved the first line in the sweets arts in "Souk Al Sakaker" at the Martyrs' Square – Downtown gratifying his customers' gourmet fantasies with the most delicious homemade oriental pastries. Chafic followed the footstep of his father, and then Imad and Ziad held the torch and finally Chafic Bohsali who currently manages Patisserie Bohsali Freres. The branch of Al Borj existed until 1975. In 1977, Bohsali moved from Martyrs' Square to Hazmieh region and in 1981, it opened its branch in Sin El Fil. Accordingly, Bohsali became a pioneer in inventing a great variety of both Arabian and Foreign sweets conserving traditional taste in a sophisticated way.
Bohsali believes that good ingredients and generosity in manufacturing and displaying are primary factors that lead to success and to maintain this artistic and traditional handcraft.
Being the leader in our field with a class A. 4 stars classification from the ministry of tourism we, having in mind many ideas of expansion and renovation, Bohsali decides to enlarge his business. By expanding into new branches in Lebanon adopting new styles, new methods and new ways in sweet industry. Soon, the Arab world will experience these tasty sweets and discover the variety of Bohsali's Sweets.
