The restaurant at Al bida’a is spread over 2500 sq.ft.in 2 levels, with an indoor sitting area accommodating 50 diners including a small Private Dining Room and an outdoor area by the side of a water body with a sitting capacity for 36 diners.
One of the striking features of the restaurant is the hall mark show kitchen, which was first introduced in India by the Copper Chimney Group. Integrated into the dining area and divided from diners by a glass wall wherein one can witness the entire fascinating process of Chef’s flipping the roomali rotis that are cooked on an inverted griddle, and preparing kababs and Indian breads in the traditional coal fired clay ovens called Tandoors.
The ambience is enhanced by the rustic design of the restaurant. Adding authenticity and old world charm to Copper Chimney are the antique copper pendant lamps and the copper bells handcrafted by artisans from India which adorn one of the walls of the restaurant
