Argan Business Park ( ABP ) is a waterfront office complex, located in Kuwait’s Free Trade Zone (KFTZ), a 10 minute drive to the East from the heart of Kuwait City. This development consists of nine linked office buildings in an elliptical sphere. Design & Location
Argan Business Park is designed by famed architect Bernard Khoury. The development encompasses a precise architectural design which combines business elements in a contemporary, modern environment. Enclosed around a central landscaped garden are nine linked buildings, creating a unique office spaces in Kuwait. ABP is situated on the coastal tip of the Free Trade Zone, a lively commercial district for business-to-business companies and retail companies. This ideal location is also part of a migratory route for birds traveling from Europe and Africa. The Argan Business Park logo is designed accordingly to represent the Abu Mangal bird also known as the (bald ibis), one of many species that visit the area.
Green Features
ALARGAN International Real Estate Company is the first Kuwaiti company to become a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) as well as the Country’s first to receive LEED PLATINUM certificate for Argan Business Park Project.
