Iran like Italy or France has a diverse and regional food culture and in Kateh Restaurant found that very exciting providing that there should be no pre cooking and all the bad habits that compromise a good meal.
Our philosophy is simple, we do all the cooking fresh everyday, there is no pre cooking and certainly no freezing and microwaving!! That just makes no sense to me.
We source the ingredients very carefully and stay very seasonal with the menu. So far, thank god Kateh has been a great success and it’s been rated with a bib gourmand from the Michelin Guide which is the highest rating for a Persian restaurant in Europe and Now in the Kuwait.
