About Adams Food:
Adams Food Company was born out of yearning for traditional Lebanese food. Being an expatriate family, we sought to capture the essence of the dishes our mothers and grandmothers made for us. We also wanted to preserve a culinary heritage that has been passed through several generations.
Our home-made dishes are a labor of love. We add a pinch of joy as we prepare your favorite meal. A dab of commitment to freshness that brings out the rich flavor of Lebanese food. And, a sprinkle of quality that tickles your taste buds.
We believe good food is a vessel that not only carries recipes handed down through generations, but it also preserves the history and identity of each dish.
We, at Adams Food Company, pledge to recreate “mama’s” homemade healthy frozen appetizers. We carefully examine every product, ensuring quality ingredients without adding any chemicals or artificial colorings. It is our gift, from our family to yours.
Na2rashat, a term of endearment, Lebanese people refer to nibbles served at gatherings. There is a saying in the old country, “Heaven is not worth treading without people.” We like to add that, “food brings people together.” Let Adams Food Company be a part of your daily gatherings.
Our History:
We love to entertain. Our friends have always marveled at the rich taste and the presentation of the variety of the dishes we served at our home. As time passed, friends and relatives frequently called on us to prepare dishes for their own gatherings. 2010 was the birth of Adams Food Company. Our humble beginning started at our home kitchen, selling our products through word of mouth.
As our family business continued to grow, so was the need for a fully equipped kitchen. October 2012 saw the birth of our product range in the local market.
In April 2013, we established a commercial kitchen, fully equipped with modern machinery. We developed a quality assurance process to ensure the safety and tasty of our product line. This expansion allowed us to commence wholesales to hotels and restaurants.
By 2015, we launched 18 different product lines at major retail stores and hypermarkets. In order to meet the market demand, our kitchens and staff grew along with it.
Today, by word of mouth, Adams Food Company, is now present in five star hotels, supermarkets and coops all over Kuwait. However, our loyalty to individual customers who helped us grow, remains unchanged. We continue to provide home delivery anywhere in Kuwait.
The Road Map:
We spent two years conducting extensive trials and taste experiments in order to bring you authentic Lebanese frozen gourmet appetizers. We wanted to give our consumers the freedom to “do it your way; fried or baked.”
We use only 100% natural fresh ingredients for our prepared frozen products.
You can enjoy them as a snack at home, at work and even for the children to savor at school.
We are proud of our products. They are sealed through clear packaging that enables our customers to examine the contents. We flash freeze them to preserve nutritional value, and each package comes with detailed instructions on how to cook them.
