When the Mo‘men brothers opened the first restaurant in Heliopolis in 1988, They were addressing a need to create a sandwich that did not exist in the Egyptian market, with premium quality and special flavors. Ever since, Mo‘men became the trendsetter in the quick service restaurant market, offering premium quality, service and specially selected product range.
Supported by its vast and loyal customer base, Mo’men today serves millions of customers across seven countries in North Africa, the Arabian Peninsula and South East Asia.
For more than 22 years now, millions of customers have shared their memories with us. From our first branch in Merryland in Heliopolis and the car service trays, to Agamy branch in North Coast and delicious shrimp panes and the late night grabs at Lebanon branch in Mohandesin.
Over the years, Mo’men has undergone incremental change both internally in the infra structure and applying better corporate governance and externally, in our brand overall appearance. In 2008, a strategic decision was taken to recruit one of the biggest branding agencies in the world, to create a world class new brand presentation in the restaurant environment hence uplifting the customer experience. This project has taken Mo’men from a national brand to an international level. The brand communication style was all created to ensure that Mo’men stays young and trendy.
