Snickers Cheesecake Ingredients
Lower Layer:- 2 1/2 cup of Crushed biscuits
- 1 butter chunk (113gm)
- 1 tbsp of water
Middle layer:
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of thick cream (170gm)
- 10 pieces of Cream cheese (10gm)
- 3 cans of Cream Milk (90gm)
- 1/4 tbsp of vanilla
- 1/4 tbsp of saffron and Cardamom
Toffee:
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 can of thick Cream (170gm)
- Small snickers chocolate bars
How to Prepare Snickers Cheesecake
1. For preparing toffee, melt the sugar on heat until it becomes golden, then remove from heat and add the thick Cream gradually.
2. Mix the biscuits with butter and water and then press in cheese cake mould
3. Blend the eggs with vanilla, cardamom and saffron in a blender for 7 minutes, then add the cheese pieces, thick Cream and sweetened milk and then pour over the layer of biscuits.
4. Put the mould in a moderate heat oven and bake for 1 hour
5- Pour the toffee over the cheese cake and garnish with chopped snickers bars
