Cheese beehive bread
For the tangzhong:3tbsp water
3tbsp whole milk
2tbsp flour
Mix them then over low heat whisk until you get a gooey consistency

2.5 cups flour
2tbsp powdered milk
1/4 cup sugar
1tsp salt
1tbsp instant yeast
1/2 cup whole milk
1 egg
4tbsp melted butter

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25 min
