No Bake Cheesecake Ingredients:
_ Digestive biscuits 400 gm
_ Melted butter 120 gm
_ 300 gm cream cheese at room temperature
_ ¼ cup evaporated milk
_ 2 packets of whipping cream powder
_ 1 packet of lemon flavor powder jelly
_ 1 cup of hot water
_ Canned blueberry mix
Method:
_ Crush the biscuits, add the melted butter , and place the mixture in the base of the cheesecake mold.
_ Dissolve a lemon jelly bag in one cup of hot water and leave it aside to cool to room temperature.
_ Beat the cream cheese until it becomes soft, then add two envelopes of powdered cream and a quarter cup of evaporated milk , beat until you get a creamy mixture that doubled in size.
_ Add the Dissolved jelly after it became warm at room temperature and whisk until the ingredients are combined.
_ Add the mixture over the crushed biscuits and place the cheesecake mold in the refrigerator overnight or at least for 8 hours.
_ Take out the cheesecake mold from the refrigerator, decorate with canned blueberries and serve cold.
