The Internet streaming platform "Disney Plus" has started its services in most Middle Eastern countries, starting today, for a monthly subscription of $8.99.
The Middle East countries that Disney+ is launching in are Kuwait, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Tunisia, and Yemen.
Disney Plus, which was launched in 2019, is considered among the most important streaming platform in the world, as it is the most direct competitor to the famous “Netflix” platform, where earlier this year Netflix has stopped streaming most of Disney's produced movies and series including Marvel Studio productions.
It is worth mentioning that Disney+ is managed by the media and entertainment distribution division of the Walt Disney Production Company.
Disney+ is now available through the mobile application available in App Store for iOS devices and in Google Play for Android, in addition to streaming online through their website.
