Ouzi meat should always be soft, well done, easy to cut and easy to eat as well and for that purpose, we have to follow a certain procedure to boil it the right way.
At first we take fresh pieces of meat and we add warm water to them. Then we add salt and spices based on our personal taste. Also add a piece of butter to make the meat softer.
Then we boil the Ouzi meat for not less than three hours in order to get the best result. Ouzi rice can also be eaten with chicken or fish.
