Olive-stuffed Honeycomb Dough Recipe:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- Around 1 cup of warm water
How to prepare Olive-stuffed Honeycomb:
1. Knead the ingredients until you get a smooth ball.
2. Cover and let it rest in a warm place for 30 mins.
3. Form into small balls then let them rest again for 15 minutes.
4. Fill with pitted olives, close well and form into a honeycomb.
5. Cover with a mixture of milk with a little instant coffee for a golden finish.
6. Add sesame and black seeds to taste.
7. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
