OSN, the Middle East’s leading entertainment hub, has announced the launch of the latest of its original productions; a captivating psycho-thriller drama series Kayd Majhool (Anonymous) which will debut on the OSN Ya Hala Al Oula and OSN Streaming App on March 18. The star-studded series features Basel Khayat and Abdelmonem Amayri in intense roles and marks the latest addition to OSN’s roster of authentic local content created with OSN’s world-class production infrastructure.
Directed by Alsadeer Masoud and written by Mohamed Abu Laban and Lewa’a Yazajy, Kayd Majhool (Anonymous) is an eight-episode psychological thriller that follows two parallel stories shockingly intertwining at the end of the season. The first story highlights the investigations of two high profile murders, led by the sharp and meticulous investigator, Khaldoun (played by Ehab Shaabaan). The second storyline introduces the audience to Samir Abdulrahim (played by Abdelmonem Amayri), a tailor and taxi driver who is experiencing the pain of financial misfortune and is on the brink of mental collapse. The two stories slowly begin to link together as the investigation reveals the perpetrator of the murders.
And in a step aimed at reaching wider segments of audience in the region and allow everyone to enjoy this quality production, OSN will make the series available with English subtitles as well asEnglish dubbing.
