Kiwi is considered as one of the fruits that are hard to peel and that is because its skin is very thin but there are three easy steps to peel a Kiwi without wasting a lot of flesh:
1. First, cut the head of the Kiwi from the two ends.
2. Insert a spoon between the skin and the flesh and twist it around.
3. You can now easily separate the Kiwi skin from the flesh and eat it the way you prefer.
