Super good and goes with many kinds of sandwiches (grilled cheese, grilled vegetables, chicken, fajitas, shrimp in tortilla bread cups or steak sandwiches) or as a dip with tortilla chips.
Blend together:
2-3 avocados
A handful of coriander
Zest of 1/2 a lemon or lime
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
1 TBS labneh/greek yogurt or our normal yogurt
A few basil leaves
(You can add a garlic clove and jalapeños or chili pepper)
Refrigerate covered until serving
