Kale Halloumi Salad Ingredients:
100g halloumi, sliced and grilled
3 large kale leaves, roughly chopped
2 beetroots, sliced
2 tablespoons mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, etc.)
1 avocado, sliced
For the dressing:
1 lime, juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
Tip: always massage your kale before plating.
