Ingredients and Way of Preparing Kani Salad

Salad enough for 4-5 people

Kani Salad Ingredients:
2 carrots, thinly sliced
3 cucumbers, thinly sliced
Around 1 cup mango, thinly sliced
350 grams surimi crab sticks (shred them as shown in the video)
Avocado cubes, optional
Toasted or non toasted panko and toasted sesame seeds for garnish

For the dressing:
2 big spoons of mayo (i used light mayo, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp (or more) sriracha, 2 tsp rice vinegar

Combine sauce ingredients
Add all other ingredients except panko and sesame seeds
Combine well and garnish with the panko and sesame seeds!
