To prepare Pistachio Ice Cream at home, just use a blender and mix together the following ingredients below except for the whipped cream.
Mix the whipped cream alone until it gets thick and then mix it with other ingredients. After that, put the mixture in a cake pan or any container you prefer.
Keep the mixture in the freezer overnight and serve the next day.

250g sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp mastic
1 tbs blossom water
500ml whipped cream
