Burgan Bank Launches “Apply Now” Feature Across its Digital Channels

As part of the Bank’s digitally-focused innovation strategy and in an effort to elevate the customer’s banking experience

Burgan Bank recently announced the launch of its latest digital service, Apply Now, which enables existing and prospective customers to apply for Burgan’s products and services digitally with total ease. With this new feature, customers can submit applications for new services online, either through the Bank’s online banking platform (online.burgan.com) or through the Bank’s Mobile Banking application available for all smart devices.

With this new service enhancement, Burgan customers no longer need to visit branches to submit applications. Rather, existing and prospective customers can now save a lot of time and effort by using the Apply Now feature on the Burgan Bank online banking portal or the mobile application to apply for everything from bank accounts, to credit cards, all the way to loans and financing. After filling in the required forms and submitting their applications, customers will be able to track the progress of their application. In fact, the application process has now become more streamlined, with processing and approval times faster than ever before. Existing customers can open certain products and services within less than a minute, such as; a Kanz account, a daily investment account, deposits and many more.
