The Council of Ministers announced that restaurants and cafes are permitted to reopen seating areas for dine-in, with adherence to the health regulations and instructions as of Sunday, May 23 2021.
This came after the partial curfew got cancelled in Kuwait few days ago.
Dining-in in a restaurant doesn't regard being vaccinated unlike cinemas that can be accessed only by vaccinated people for the mean time.
