Warba Bank took the extra-mile as being the digital leading bank and launched its latest digital service “Warba Bank Investors’ Relations Platform”, through which it will provide investors with all necessary information related to the bank’s financial and operational as well as shares’ performance. Available on both, the bank’s smartphones’ app and website, the launch of the “Investor Relations” platform gives Warba Bank the exclusivity as being the first Kuwaiti bank to introduce this platform as a smart phone app. Warba’s IR platform is the newest service to be added to the bank services’ portfolio targeting investors; It comes in-line with the CBK regulations, Kuwait Capital Markets Authority and related entities, inviting Kuwaiti banks to reinforce transparency measures in their relations with investors by providing around the clock, accurate and reliable data. Today and through their smart phones or the web, Warba Bank’s investors have the chance to keep abreast with the latest news of the bank’s financial and operational update.
The new platform provides interactive screens that enable the investor to obtain an accurate result about share price changes with specified period.;. This new feature is also available in the “Financial Results” and “Share Price History” tabs. The new platform provides another new feature under “Investments’ Calculator”tab, which enabling investors to calculate the exact return on invested capital during a specific period according to spot market price per share. Investor will only need to enter either the total invested amount investment’s value or the total number of shares acquired. Moreover, investors can go through the latest updates on the bank’s activities including but not limited to: Analysts’ quarterly conference call, Sukuk issuance, bank’s credit ratings and others. All these features will be available under sub-screen “News & Advertisement”.
