Gulf Bank has announced the launch of their new public website – www.e-gulfbank.com – designed to enhance user-browsing friendliness through new features and improvements; aligned with their new strategy of Customer Service and Innovation.
Developed following global best practices, the new website includes a personalised landing page that asks visitors about what they are looking for, then providing them links to their desired page.
Along with this, there is themed imagery, such as the aerial footage of Kuwait City to make the page more visually pleasing.
Additionally, the new site is dynamic as it creatively changes depending on the time day.
Speaking on the new website, Mr. Ahmad Al Amir, Assistant General Manager for External Communications, Gulf Bank, said: "At Gulf Bank, we understand that our customers are digitally savvy, therefore require easy-to-use and convenient online services. Our new website allows our visitors to navigate without difficulty, resulting in the ability to take advantage of our services even more. Finally, our improved website and all its features will work perfectly with full responsiveness no matter what device is being used."
In addition to the new features, improvements have been made on existing sections, such as card comparison tool and dedicated investors relations section. Customers can now share content to WhatsApp and LinkedIn, in addition to Facebook and Twitter.
Moreover, navigating any page is only one to three clicks away, with easy access to the most visited destinations, such as careers and OLB log-in.
