Safir Fintas Kuwait Hotel conducts - Professional Behavior at Work training- as part of the hotel commitment to training and development of all the colleagues.
It is committed to increase job satisfaction, maintain knowledge and skill, and encourage employee motivation.
The training aims to develop all participants to a higher level of development, towards maintaining and providing customer satisfaction.
Safir Fintas Kuwait Hotel organized this training course for professional behavior and was attended by colleagues from different departments, under the supervision of the Hotel’s Human Resources Department.
The training was presented with manuals and training materials that made the training more beneficial and effective. In addition, more regular staff training will be done in the future for helping this ongoing skill development.
