To begin with, Kosebasi is a Turkish restaurant that currently has 4 branches in Kuwait and they serve a wide variety of Turkish dishes like Kebab, Doner and others.
Our first time in Kosebasi was in the Cube Mall branch that is located in between Salem Al Mubarak Street and Arabian Gulf Street.
Kosebasi Cube Mall branch is big, you can sit indoors or outdoors or on the entrance of the mall and you can also take a look at their kitchen while passing.
As for the menu, they have many options and here are some of them below.
We ordered Kosebasi Kebab, Kusbasili Pie, Ali Nazik, Kisir (Bulgur with tomatoes), Hummus and French Fries.
We enjoyed Kisir (Bulgur with tomatoes) and Ali Nazik the most, Ali Nazik is a mixture of homemade yogurt, eggplant and garlic puree topped with grilled cubes of marinated lamb.
The options that we wanted to order but weren't available were Manti and original Turkish Dondurma (ice cream).
Manti is a dish of little dumplings made of seasoned lamb with onion wrapped with dough and topped with garlic yogurt sauce and garnished with melted butter and Turkish spices.
All in all, we had a great experience with the food, service and ambiance and also enjoyed the tea they serve for free at the end and this is usually done in many Turkish restaurants.
We advise you to try Kosebasi restaurant in Kuwait and note that they also have branches in all GCC countries.
