We recently visited the Central Blood Bank to donate blood and we are going to share our experience with you here to encourage you to take this step.
Donating blood has many benefits for your health and you also feel happy when you do that because you know that your blood will be used one day to save the life of someone that needs it during an accident or emergency.
All what you have to do is to take the courage and go to the Central Blood Bank in Jabriya.

First of all, you have to fill up this paper that contains questions about your health, history of diseases in your family and other questions that ensure that you can donate blood.
When you are done, you have to sign to ensure that you want to donate and you are ready for that.
After that, you have to go and see the doctor, he checks your hemoglobin and blood pressure and gives you his approval.
If the doctor says that you can donate and nothing is wrong, you directly go to the donation room.
The donation room is big and has many chairs so many can donate at the same time without having to wait for a long time.
