In the previous years, the Carnival use to take place on Salem Al Mubarak street in Salmiya area but this year, the location changed.
Hala Feb Carnival 2015 will takes place beside Kuwait Towers on the Arabian Gulf road on the 16th of January which will be next Friday.
The carnival will start at 2 pm in the afternoon and end around 9 pm at night.
