In celebration of the State’s upcoming National and Liberation Day holidays, Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced that it will be closed on Sunday, February 26th, and Monday, February 27th, 2023; resuming its normal operations across all branches on Tuesday, February 28th, 2023.Throughout this holiday, the Bank will continue to service both its retail and corporate customers, 24/7, via its various digital banking channels and platforms.
Congratulating the people of Kuwait on this special occasion, KIB noted that its various digital channels will be ready to offer its customers uninterrupted services, anytime, anywhere during the break. This includes the KIB mobile app, which enables customers to conduct most basic transactions with complete ease, as well as the KIB Direct service, live chat service and the KIB online portal on its website (www.KIB.com.kw).
KIB will also continue to cater to customers and respond to their needs and inquiries – whether they are in Kuwait and abroad – via its call center at 1866866, as well as through its local and international video call service that can be accessed through the KIB mobile banking app. Moreover, KIB noted that its ATMs – located across the map in Kuwait – are fully equipped and ready to cater to customer needs with complete ease and convenience of access.
