Al Bustan Centre & Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently held a training and development initiative for all the senior management executives to help them develop leadership skills and navigate their way through the day-to-day challenges.
The one-day workshop held at Aventura, an outdoor adventure park, helped senior management executives gain powerful insights and experiences through the various activities conducted to help them transform and empower leaders and teams to achieve superior results.
